This mixed-use, four-story development is situated on one of the most prominent streets Nashville. The development features studios with one or two bedroom floorplans, a first level retail mix and a rooftop sky lounge.

As landscape architects, HPI’s responsibilities included design and detailing of the site related design elements to ensure adherence to urban design principles, pedestrian friendliness, and successful integration into the surrounding neighborhood.
