Hawkins Partners, Inc. provided design and construction documents for all aspects of this private urban park exclusively for the Adelicia Condominiums. The project was also a joint venture with the Land Trust for TN and placed under a conservation easement, the first urban endeavor for the Land Trust.

The park includes a fountain, seating areas and extensive planting, including a grand lawn that is suitable for private parties. HPI also coordinated with the artist to provide a sculpture of Adelicia, the park;s namesake. The project was completed in Winter 2007.
