As we continue to grow, we're looking for a candidate with 3-5 years in design-related fields, including architecture, landscape architecture, or urban design, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to teach and guide others in the effective use of Building Information Modeling (BIM). We want to add someone with experience and strong BIM expertise to our collaborative team to help us push the boundaries of urban design and create a lasting impact in rapidly evolving cities.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Landscape Architectural BIM Manager at Hawkins Partners, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our use of technology to support design and communication across projects. You'll lead the implementation and management of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols for landscape architecture projects. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll integrate BIM into project workflows, ensuring alignment with overall goals and client requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in training and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage BIM standards, workflows, and protocols for landscape architecture projects

Manage and oversee all aspects of REVIT project delivery, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines

Develop and enforce REVIT standards and best practices across the organization

Provide training and support to team members on REVIT software and BIM processes

Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in REVIT and BIM

Conduct regular audits and reviews of REVIT models to ensure accuracy and compliance

Develop and maintain REVIT libraries, templates, and families
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3 to 5 years of experience in architecture, landscape architecture, or related fields, with a strong focus on REVIT and BIM management and implementation.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

Proficiency in use of Revit and related tools

Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in the use of Rhino within the building industry and experience in parametric design tools such as Grasshopper

Has a willingness to learn new software and understand potential applications to enhance our office's services.

Experience working with the application of AI platforms to landscape architecture.
