HPI provided landscape architectural services for this office and retail tower located in downtown Nashville. The building received Gold LEED certification, the first in downtown Nashville.

HPI was responsible for a 29,000 SF green roof with gathering areas that incorporate reflective pavers to reduce heat gain. The site provides all parking in a structured garage. The landscaping is a native and adapted species plant palette with a water efficient irrigation system.
