The Memphis Botanical Garden serves the Memphis area offering education programs, family activities, and special events. The Live at the Garden Summer Concert series has become a popular event, bringing world renowned music to Memphis.

Partnered with Archimania, Hawkins Partners, Inc. developed a more robust 5000 seat amphitheater venue with the design of a permanent stage, a green room facility, an encore pavilion for sponsors and special guests, seating lawn, ticket booths and entry gates. A Living wall is positioned to define the edge of the existing botanical gardens and the natural amphitheater.

Sustainable features such as a stormwater design feature, porous pavements, water efficient irrigation system, and native plants incorporated into the design. Many of these sustainable features will be featured through the Garden’s educational program.
