Nashville Yards Towers 1 and 2 are respectively 20-story and 28 -story mixed-use office towers which serve as Amazon’s Operations Center of Excellence. Amazon’s Nashville hub is a model for sustainable, forward-thinking workplaces designed to strengthen organizational culture and employee wellness. The design of the outdoor amenity areas draws inspiration from the Western Highland Rim and Central Basin landscapes surrounding the city, resulting in an inspiring natural comfortable workplace setting.

The project showcases integrating public spaces and private amenities that stimulate engagement and exploration. With nearly 40,000 sf of outdoor amenity areas, the Amazon Operations Center of Excellence demonstrates the artful application of biophilic design principles and sustainable site features to create spaces that support collaboration, employee engagement, and health and wellness. Additionally, cutting-edge materials like carbon fiber, used for shade structures, showcase the use of innovative technologies to solve specific design challenges.
