The Omni Hotel Nashville is located in the heart of downtown rising adjacent to the Music City Center, and is connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame through a new expansion. The $270 million, 21 story project will include 800 luxury rooms, 1st floor dining and retail and rooftop terraces.

HPI served as landscape architect for the project, providing design services for the streetscape amenities for Korean Veterans Blvd. and 5th Ave. as well as the fourth floor rooftop terraces, featuring a greenroof, rooftop swimming pool and event space. The project is registered LEED Silver.
