The Adelicia is a $55 million New Urbanism project located in Midtown Nashville. Featuring residential and retail in a contemporary 18-story loft condominium tower, it boasts 225 residential units, brownstone-inspired 4-story residential town homes facing Adelicia Street, a retail space on the corner of 20th and Adelicia, and a concealed 6-story parking garage. Hawkins Partners (HPI) worked with Preston Partnership Architects and Corner Realty Developers on the design.

HPI was responsible for the site-related urban design; an amenity deck on the 6th floor including a swimming pool, a sundeck, green roof areas, and grill areas with dining arbors; private terraces for the residential units; the penthouse terraces on the 17th floor; and a neighborhood pocket park on the street level.
